Overview:

Create a standalone system for tracking workout data in a calendar view.
Display the workout data in a digestable fashion allowing search & excel output.
Visually show the workouts and categorize between barbell, dumbbell, and non-weighted/bodyweight exercises.
View comparison of progress over time graphically.
Allow custom exercise/workout names.
Allow users to submit new exercises for verification to the master list.

Overview:

Create a standalone system the can be deployed for local use at a fire department to fill out custom digital forms.
System takes over the previous need of logging and maintaining paper reports.
Submitted reports can be viewed or saved to PDF if a printed copy is required.

Create an external system for tracking & searching customers, invoices, purchases, committee involvements, new members, and volunteers.
Perform calculations on data post-sync to extend functionality of main database.
Server exists externally secured from the main database.
Sync data daily from main database using an Oracle ODBC connection and other external proxies.
This production server was built and then solely managed for 9+ years.
System has strong cybersecurity principles to ensure no security breaches of sensitive customer data.

Form was created to replace a PDF form and excel tracking document.
Form contains many fields and data types with business specific logic.
If an error was made, the user was notified and did not need to redo already completed fields.
Applicants can apply, view, and edit their submission.
Form exists externally secured from the main database.
Data was synchronized daily using custom proxies.

Notes can be edited by creators, and check-in dates for email notifications can be set by liasons.
