The source document for this Flash movie contains all the information needed to recreate each piece that you see.
The rollover menu with the single test button is the only part that is not written out correctly, all other sections are fine to follow. If you can decipher the code used for the flash objects (basic debugging knowledge) than you can effectively figure out what I did to get the rollover menu to function properly.
The FLA is open source and you can use the information for any use.
