This circuit isn't anything fancy. Just 12 LED's hooked up to a common power and ground with a switch. The circuit is powered with a 3V 300mA AC/DC transformer; I used a old phone charger because it was cheap and convenient.
For the arrangement I put the 6 UV in the middle, 3 green arranged in a triangle and 3 blue arranged in a triangle around the UV LED's. I drilled holes into acrylic, arranged them, and mounted all the bulbs properly securing the soldered wires/LED's with hot glue. After securing them into the acrylic I cut Styrofoam out and put the LED arrangement into the Styrofoam dome. The Styrofoam dome floats in the water and creates a nice effect.

Note: I did not regulate the current or voltage.
Note: Since the LED's share a common ground and power they can be placed in any order you want as long as all the +'s of the LED's go to the power side and all the -'s of the LED's go to the ground side.
